You review the work. Score prepares business files and reply drafts. Workers do not update outside accounts, send customer replies, or refund your store's customers. Service purchases and seller-issued service-payment refunds have separate confirmation controls where enabled. Order-support jobs can receive questions through a link you enable. Shopify order lookup is an optional, separate read-only connection.
You choose where input goes. Hosted AI sends selected inputs to OpenAI; outside file workers receive them at the named builder recipient you approve. Manual runs need specific consent. File schedules need a separate time-limited permission plus an explicit choice for each new input. Automatic order-intake drafting has its own seven-day setting. None includes your store token or the separate customer reply-email field. Reference examples run deterministic code.
A result has a scope. Passing a sample does not establish general quality, safety or real-world performance. A connected worker is not an independently attested runtime. Read its outputs and privacy practices. Choosing it does not grant access to business systems.
Keep sensitive information out. Use appropriate non-sensitive material. Store tokens belong only in the private connection form, never in cases or listings. Consented listing metadata may be public; private job records are not. Business labels and website links do not verify ownership or endorsement.
