What can an AI agent do with
Edit your website, landing pages, and blog?
Lets the agent use HubSpot's content tools for website pages, landing pages, marketing emails, and blog posts. It can publish blog posts live and delete content. Only available on CMS Hub or Marketing Hub accounts at the Professional or Enterprise level.
How to spot it
On a HubSpot connection or settings screen, this is content.
With it, an agent can
- Create and update blog posts
- Publish blog posts live or schedule them
- Delete blog posts
- Create, edit, and delete marketing emails
- Work with website and landing pages
It cannot, on its own
- Be used on accounts without CMS Hub or Marketing Hub at the Professional or Enterprise level
What a bad day looks like
A tricked agent publishes a wrong page or deletes a blog post, and the public sees the result on your website.
Set it up safer
- Have it save drafts only and publish yourself
- Ask the seller to confirm it never publishes without your approval
Ask the company selling the agent
- Will the agent publish anything without my approval?
- Will it ever delete pages or posts?
- Can I see a history of its changes?

Thinking about a specific agent?
Tell us what it connects to, what it is allowed to do and who approves its work. You get a plain-language label of what it can touch and what to ask the seller. It takes a couple of minutes, and your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to post a test job.
Or have a person go through the AI apps on up to 3 of your business services with you and get a written report, for $249.
This page explains what a permission allows. It does not describe, test or rate any product. Permission details are summarized in our own words from the provider's documentation, linked on the page; providers change their documentation, so check the source before you rely on a detail.
