What can your AI apps actually do in your accounts?
A person goes through the AI apps connected to up to 3 of your business services with you, and writes down what each one can do and what to switch off.
$249. Written report within 3 business days of the session. Full refund if the report shows you nothing new.
What you get
For each AI app connected to the services you choose:
- What each permission allows, in plain words, with a link to the provider’s documentation.
- Whether it can send as you, delete, or move money.
- Who approves its actions today.
- Keep, tighten or remove, with the narrower permission when one exists.
Services we cover: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Shopify, Stripe, Slack and HubSpot.
How it works
- Pay $249. Within 1 business day, we email you times to choose from.
- Pick a time. It is a 30 to 45 minute screen share on the video tool you already use, such as Zoom, Google Meet or Teams. You click through the connected-apps pages of up to 3 business services, for example Google Workspace, QuickBooks and Shopify. We cover what your login can see; an admin login often shows the apps your staff connected too. More than 3? Tell us before you pay and we will quote it. Nothing is added after you pay.
- Rather not share your screen? Email screenshots to team@emiliaprotocol.ai with the subject AI access review screenshots.
- Get your written report within 3 business days of the session.
- If the report shows you nothing you did not already know, reply to the report email within 14 days and we refund the full $249. Your word is enough.
What we never do
We never:
- ask for a password
- log in to your accounts
- change a setting
- put your screenshots or session notes into an AI tool
- rate AI products, or recommend one product over another
- publish anything about you
Sample report
For a made-up bakery, Crumb & Co. (example). The app names are generic. Each line comes from our permission guides and links the provider page it was checked against.
Inbox helper
- Permission
- Full Gmail access
https://mail.google.com/ - What it allows
- This is the widest Gmail permission. The agent can read, write, send and permanently delete any email in your account. Google tells app makers to ask for it only if they need to delete mail for good, skipping the trash.
- Strongest thing it allows
- Can delete
- Who approves its actions today
- No one. It sends replies on its own.
- Suggestion
- Tighten. Ask whether it can work with Read, send and organize Gmail

Bookkeeping helper
- Permission
- Full QuickBooks accounting access
com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting - What it allows
- This is the main QuickBooks permission, and it is broad. One yes lets the app use most of what you can do in QuickBooks Online yourself: customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, and reports. QuickBooks lists no read-only version, so a tool that only needs to look still gets the power to change and delete.
- Strongest thing it allows
- Can delete
- Who approves its actions today
- No one. It records bills and payments on its own.
- Suggestion
- Keep, with one change. Have the agent show you every delete, invoice send, or large change and wait for your yes before it acts.

Order helper
- Permission
- Change, cancel, and refund orders
write_orders - What it allows
- It can change your orders, cancel them, and refund them. A cancel can refund the customer, put items back in stock, and notify the customer. It can also read your orders.
- Strongest thing it allows
- Can move money
- Who approves its actions today
- The owner, for refunds only.
- Suggestion
- Remove. The owner stopped using it in the spring, and it still has access.

Terms
- Seller: EMILIA Protocol, Inc. These review terms, not the Score marketplace terms, govern the review.
- The report describes what each permission allows per the provider’s documentation on the stated date. We did not test or rate these apps. Keep, tighten or remove are suggestions about the access each app has; you decide.
- Full refund if you cancel before the session, or if we cannot agree a time within 10 business days of payment. If the report shows you nothing new, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund in full; your word is enough. Email team@emiliaprotocol.ai.
- Screenshots, if sent, are deleted within 30 days after we deliver the report.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for the review is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or any right the law does not let us limit.
